REGISTRATION PROCESS

Apply today to enroll in our business and hospitality internships and trainee programs, and gain access to hundreds of positions across the United States.

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

Click on the “Apply Now” tab on our website and complete the application form. Attach required documents and submit the form. Our Talent Team will review your application and will contact you.

STEP 2: PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEW

Our Talent Team will contact you to schedule informative interview.

STEP 3: COMPLETE REGISTRATION PACKAGE

Complete the registration package that includes our Exchange Visitor Information and Application form and Service Agreement, which details the programs terms and conditions.

STEP 4: REGISTRATION FEE

Complete the registration fee and processing deposit payment in order to start your application and select your program from the available placement options. Note: Program details, fees and available placements are available only to candidates that have complete their Registration Fee payment.

STEP 5: INTERVIEW WITH HOST COMPANIES

Select the J1 Internship or Trainee opportunity from our list of available programs, and start interviewing with the host companies. Once approved, you will receive offer outlining your training program department and stipend. You will also receive an Arrival Package which includes information on the host company, city, housing, and transportation.

STEP 6: PROGRAM FEE, COMPLIANCE AND FILING

Complete the SEVIS Fee and Program Fee payments once approved by Host Company. We will prepare your DS-7002 Training Plan, and Host Company will issue your DS-2019 Form that will enable you to book appointment and apply for visa.
